charging structures
We can implement a charging structure which is suitable for your business. Our aim is to provide transparency on costs. The following cost structures are available:-
Monthly Retainer
We will charge you a monthly retainer based on an agreed number of hours per month for which you will get your own dedicated in-house lawyer at the end of the phone/email. If you enter into such a commitment, we will invest our own time in getting to know your business better and thus be able to tailor our advice so that it is appropriate, commercially viable and realistic for your business. We will review the arrangement every three months and should the number of hours spent by us on your business vary by greater than + or - 15% we will review the arrangement.
With a monthly retainer you can realistically budget for your legal spend.
Transactional Basis
For those who would rather instruct us on a case by case basis, we are happy to provide a quote for individual transactions. We will agree the basis for the fee so that you can budget at the outset what your legal costs are going to be.
Hourly Rate
Alternatively, we offer very competitive hourly rates for those who would rather instruct us on an hourly basis.
