Dispute Resolution
The Law Department will assist you in minimising the risks associated with any commercial dispute.
We will be on hand to review any correspondence between yourselves and a party you are or may be in dispute with. If you are initially unsuccessful in resolving the dispute we will issue or defend any court proceedings on your behalf.
We also advocate the use of ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution), where appropriate, to resolve commercial disputes. We can assist you with the preparation and running of a mediation to help deliver the most commercially sound and successful outcome for your business.
