All of the solicitors at The Law Department offer a wide range of specialist experience to clients, having worked at some of the country’s most renowned law firms and in-house legal departments.
Unlike most other law firms however, we don’t believe that having our solicitors working set hours from one location is most beneficial to our clients. Our solicitors work from different locations (and often from home) and are available when their clients need them, not when the law firm requires. This enables our lawyers to provide focused and quality legal advice when it is needed.
However, our solicitors offer so much more than an impressive legal background harmonised with a healthy work-life balance. They know how to utilise their legal experience to offer sensible and speedy resolution to their client’s legal issues, enabling the client to focus on other aspects of their business. If necessary, our solicitors will also work together, offering complimentary legal expertise in a similar way to a conventional law firm.
What is more, the structure at The Law Department allows each solicitor to work personally with every individual client to achieve the best possible legal outcome. We don’t employ junior or trainee solicitors, so each client knows that a high calibre solicitor, specialising in sorting out their particular legal problem, will always be working on their case.
