We will implement a charging structure which is suitable for your business. Our aim is to provide transparency on costs at all times. As a small business ourselves, we know about the challenges of keeping essential costs under control.
The following cost structures are available:-
Monthly Retainer
You can retain the Law Department based on an agreed number of hours per month for which you will get your own dedicated in-house lawyer at the end of the phone/email. If you enter into such a commitment, we will invest our own time in getting to know your business better so that we can tailor our advice to ensure it is appropriate, commercially viable and realistic for your business. We will review the arrangement every three months and should the number of hours spent by us on your business vary by more or less than 15% we will review the arrangement.
With a monthly retainer you can realistically budget for your legal spend.
Transactional Basis
For those who would rather instruct us on a case by case basis, we are happy to provide a quote for individual transactions. We will agree the basis for the fee so that you can budget from the outset what your legal costs are going to be. If the case requires further work from us which was not known at the outset, we will agree a new budget before embarking on any additional work on your behalf.
Hourly Rate
Alternatively, we offer very competitive hourly rates for those who would rather instruct us on an hourly basis.
