David specialises in all aspects of Employment Law, especially Settlement Agreements, redundancy, employment contracts, terminations, discrimination, HR policies and procedures, "difficult conversations", restrictive covenants, and managing changes. Whether he is advising an employer who needs to make changes in their staffing requirements or an employee who fears for their career or financial security, David will identify and pursue the best possible outcomes, drawing on his considerable experience, legal knowledge and common sense.
Following qualification at City Firm CMS in 1991, David spent most of his career to date as a partner and Head of Employment at Holborn firm Teacher Stern LLP. David joined us as a consultant from Keystone Law in 2015 and now provides a full employment law service as part of The Law Department.
Outside Employment Law, David is a keen gardener, cook and musician and brings passion and determination to all his endeavours.
