Emma joined The Law Department in April 2011, specialising in commercial and general litigation matters and debt recovery. She also has extensive knowledge and expertise in advising parties on personal injury matters - clients include property developers and entrepreneurs with high net worth, in addition to partnerships and private companies.
Emma trained and qualified in law at Vizards Staples & Bannisters, and then joined Fuglers Law in 2003, where she worked her way up to partnership. She thrives on the challenging nature of the profession and has had the opportunity to be involved in a number of exciting cases. She also likes the variety of interesting people she works with and represents, who have inspired her and her career.
Outside of her work, Emma looks after her three children and is also an avid supporter and follower of Liverpool football club. She enjoys watching most other sports as well as travelling and music, and also enjoys socialising with her family and friends.
