The High Court and Patent County Court have expertise in dealing with IP cases, including patent disputes, trademark, copyright and design right infringement.
The Courts have powers to issue urgent injunctive relief where further harm is threatened, although it is essential to act quickly or this remedy may be lost. In addition the Court may award damages to compensate those who’s rights have been infringed.
