The Law Department in Stretlaw.co.uk

15th May 2012: The Law Department has been featured in Stretlaw, an online legal site for law students and those who are interested in the legal process.

Natalie Geffen, who specialises in residential property law at The Law Department has had an article about gazumping (where a property owner verbally agrees to sell a property at an agreed price, but at the last minute either changes their mind or sells to someone else at a higher price) published on the well respected Stretlaw website. This is the first article of its kind from The Law Department to be printed on this website.
