A Living Will

A living will is a document setting out the conditions under which someone would not wish to receive life-sustaining treatment in a situation where they lack the requisite capacity to make such decisions on their own behalf.

Such a document can only be entered into when you are mentally capable of doing so and it is legally enforceable in the UK under the Mental Capacity Act 2005. For more information on living wills, please contact Natalie Gefen.
